Portsmouth School Department is pleased to announce this year’s recipient of PSD 2021 Teacher of the Year. Christine Lawrence, a special education teacher at Portsmouth High School, was nominated by several colleagues and parents who noted her work at PHS and her state-level advocacy for students with disabilities. Christine was surprised with this announcement and joins some other accomplished winners from the past.
